The BA Hons Business and Law course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both business and legal frameworks, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in a range of professional environments. The course aims to develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in relation to legal issues within business contexts. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of business principles, including Strategy, marketing or finance and Sustainability while exploring the complex legal frameworks that govern business activities. The course emphasizes the importance of the law in regulating corporate behavior, employment, and contract law, ensuring students are able to assess legal risks and implement solutions effectively. Furthermore, the program fosters an interdisciplinary approach, integrating business strategies with legal analysis to enable students to approach real-world challenges with an informed perspective. It aims to cultivate essential skills such as legal research, negotiation, and the ability to interpret complex legislation, preparing students for careers in corporate law, business management, or compliance. 

The course also emphasizes ethical decision-making, ensuring that graduates are prepared to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of business and law with integrity. Graduates will be capable of effectively communicating legal concepts to diverse audiences, negotiating business agreements, and contributing to the development of sound business strategies that comply with legal standards. Entry Requirements 

Prepare for Foundation Pathway:- We will consider applicants who have not achieved 48 UCAS points (equivalence) from prior level 3 qualifications, if you have a keen interest in this subject area or hold relevant experience. You will be required to attend and pass a compulsory Prepare For Foundation assessment day where you will take part in a variety of activities which will assess your suitability for the course.

Level 3 (Foundation Year): £5,760 

Level 4-5-6: £9,535 (per year)
